Alchesay Barrack Renovation, Building 3112

This project consisted of design and construction of renovations to the Alchesay Barracks, Building 3112 at Ft. Huachuca, AZ.
This project was a Quality of Life Repair project. The intent was to bring the facility into compliance with AR 420-1 Standards and ISR booklet 31-UEPU by repairing and refurbishing latrines, lounges, lobbies and living areas. The work included hazardous material abatement, installation of a new fire suppression and fire detection systems; removal and replacement of flooring, suspended ceiling grid and tiles, doors and light fixtures with energy efficient systems; bathroom repairs and upgrades; interior painting; repairs of windows, window screens and window blinds.
