Columbia Basin Civilian Conservation Center Dormitory

This design/build project consisted of new construction of a 27,000 SF, 136 bed, two-story Civilian Conservation Center co-ed dormitory.
Each story has wings connected by a hallway with common use areas such as a lounge, lobby, laundry, mechanical room, resident assistant rooms and phone facility. All sleeping rooms contain a toilet room, wash/sink area, bathroom, one closet per bed and sleeping area. Civil work for this project included a building pad and site utilities such as water, telecommunications, electrical, sewer and irrigation.
