Ft. Hood Warrior in Transition Complex
This Design/Build project consisted of new construction of a Warrior in Transition Unit Administrative Services (WTUAS) and Soldier Family Assistance Center (SFAC) buildings in the Warrior in Transition Complex.
The WTUAS consists of a 33,000 SF two-story building which provides facilities to support administrative operations command operations, special functions and storage needs of a three-company headquarters. The SFAC is 15,000 SF and provides facilities to support scheduled social gatherings and a variety of services offered to soldiers and their families for the duration of the soldier’s medical treatment. Project highlights include: Designed and Constructed to LEED Silver Certifiable standards; in accordance with AT/FP standards; utilization of BIM.
