Phoenix VA New Mental Health Building
Au’ Authum Ki, Inc. along with a Joint Venture partner were the prime contractor for this project which consisted of site improvements, demolition of an existing single story medical office building and construction of a new mental health facility consisting of medical offices, inpatient and outpatient counseling, treatment services and inpatient rooms.
The facility is a two story structural steel building. Site improvements included a new water line, new sewer line, new chilled water supply and return, new electrical service, landscaping, parking and walkway pavers.
