Lone Butte Industrial Development Warehouse
This project consisted of constructing 1,320 feet of new roadway, with drainage swales, retention basins; a sixteen space covered parking shelter and 250 feet guardrail.
The warehouse/security building is a 6,000 SF building with 10 feet of canopy on the front and back. The facility is a pre-engineered metal building. The building is comprised of 2,720 SF of equipment bays with three overhead sectional doors; 3,280 SF of private offices, open offices with workstations, break and meeting room, men and women restrooms, locker rooms and showers, storage rooms. Additionally the project consisted of a secondary feed water line extension which crosses under an SRP drainage canal and the Union Pacific railroad.
