Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Police/Fire Substation

This project consisted of new construction of a 19,821 SF Police Headquarters and Fire Station Facility.

The Police Department accommodations include administrative offices and meeting rooms, 2-secure interrogation/interview rooms, briefing room, training and small arms storage lockers. The Fire Department accomodations include bunk room house for twelve fire fighters, two 8,280 SF apparatus (vehicle) bays, a workshop, turnout lockers and laundry. Both departments share classrooms, exercise room, laundry, full service kitchen and dining and an entertainment room that opens to an exterior covered patio.
