Replacement of Existing Water Distribution System and Fire Protection Upgrades
This project consisted of the installation of fire suppression and alarm systems in 7 maintenance, ranger stations, laundry and bunkhouse facilities.
New lines from the existing mainlines to the building were installed. The work was performed on the historical buildings in 3 locations located at the bottom of the Grand Canyon. All work performed was monitored by the Government’s Historic Preservationist.
