Road Machinery
This was a two phase design/build project.
Phase one involved the renovation of an existing 11,350 SF heavy equipment service shop and a 1,740 SF office/storage area. The building contains a new service shop, shop/tool room, men/women restrooms and locker room, break room and janitor’s closet. Phase two included the construction of a 3,737 SF pre engineered metal building addition with a parts warehouse and retail sales office. The sitework included new concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving and a two tier remote concrete loading dock.
