Rock Solid Ready Mix Plant Relocation
This project for Lone Butte Industrial Development required relocation of an established concrete plant to make room for a new casino.
The scope of work entailed grading approximately 44,000 square yards of the new site, excavation for the existing truck scales to match, excavate and compact an area around the perimeter of the site for installation of relocated concrete blocks for the fence. AAK also created a retention area within the site for de-watering debris, created two retention areas outside the block fence for surface water retention and excavated four site entrance drives. Site demolition, utilities as well as landscaping were also included in this project.
