Roswell Dormitory and Gym Expansion
This project was a dormitory and gymnasium expansion for the Roswell Job Corps Center.
This project included a complete removal of a three-story masonry structure which allowed for the expansion of an existing gymnasium and a complete tenant improvement to finish the interior. Exterior finished included CMU, brick veneer, structural steel and a built-up roofing system. Site work included site utilities (including cabling), concrete sidewalks, asphalt parking and a loading dock.
