White Sands Missile Range Dining Facility
This design/build project consists of new construction of a 19,356 SF dining facility.
The facility has a functional layout with consideration given to daily operations in the kitchen area, at the public entrance, in the food service area, at check-out in the seating areas and at exiting. The layout is effective for the flow of 800 diners to be served within a 90-minute period, 3 times per day, 365 days per year. Project highlights include: Utilization of Building Information Modeling; Designed and constructed to LEED Silver certifiable standards; and in accordance with AT/FP requirements.
