AAK is a Woman, Minority owned small business certified by the Small Business Administration.  Alone AAK can assist federal clients in meeting their Total Small Business and Woman Owned Small Business goals. In addition, approved under the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Mentor Protégé Program, Au’ Authum Ki, Inc. (AAK) and Sentinel Fence and Contracting began a joint venture. Independently owned and operated, both companies specialize in general construction, construction management, restoration and design-build.Through our association, the Sentinel-AAK team can offer Federal agencies a comprehensive package of services backed by experience, solid financial health and substantial bonding capabilities. CM@Risk

CM@Risk

Au’ Authum Ki, Inc. has been providing CM@Risk for selected projects for the past 10 years.  Since that time, we have successfully completed numerous CM@Risk contracts ranging in size from $1,000,000 to $16,000,000. AAK places great importance on the Pre-Construction Phase to develop a master schedule and a reliable Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).  We then begin to establish a team that is focused on one common goal; to work together to complete the construction phase.  The end result is a smoothly run project with few unknowns and a satisfied owner.
